Speaking of hoods, rapper Snoop Dogg is making his presence felt on the chart with his inner-city horror spectacle Bones (No. 7). With The Wash (see review on page 54) and his wins at the Stony Awards (see article on page 19), Snoop is quite the pot potentate.
