You don't remember the first Balto? The obscure 1995 cartoon gets a belated, straight-to-video sequel, with the less meaty Maurice LaMarche replacing Kevin Bacon as the part-canine, part-lupine hero. The toothless plot finds the mutt trying to rein in his lone-wolf pup (Party of Five pip-squeak Chabert). Balto may be a mixed breed, but the mangy Balto II is all dog. D+
