Just because it's the dead of winter doesn't mean pasty-legged style mavens have to give up their miniskirts. Awards-show mainstay Michael Kors—whose slinky gowns have graced Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Julia Roberts—is extending his design expertise to gams. His tinted Leg Shine ($30) has already become a cult favorite among such fair-skinned celebs as Izabella Miko, Dominique Swain, and Vinessa Shaw, who can use the shiny, scented makeup stick to highlight knees and ankles. ''There's nothing sexier than a woman's skin with a bit of sheen,'' says Kors. Now if only it kept your legs warm.
