Doggy Bag (2002)

With his wisps of facial hair and lyrical allusions to Eazy-E and Slick Rick, it might seem like the 14-year-old is growing up. But producer, label boss, and mentor Jermaine Dupri too often inserts himself into Bow Wow's joint, stifling the lil' guy's blossoming mic skills. He ought to beef up the watered-down Casiotone tracks, curb his shout-outs to So So Def, and unleash the pup to bark up a more mature tree.
