After breaking a yearlong engagement, you'd think a steady supply of chocolate and alcohol would be in order. Not for Christy Turlington and Edward Burns. Supermodel Turlington has continued her yoga practice, somewhat incognito at New York City's OM Yoga Center (avoiding celeb-friendly Jivamukti Yoga Center) while actor-director Burns has been working on hooks and roundhouse kicks at L.A.'s Krav Maga National Training Center, practicing the Israeli martial art. ''People come here for that feeling of empowerment,'' says instructor Michael Margolin. ''If you're going through a hard time, this is, in a way, therapeutic.'' And less fattening than a Hershey's bar.
