Lead Performance: Jane Siberry
--
These assembled moments from Siberry's 12-album catalog aim to split the difference between anodyne Enya etherea and Kristin Hersh space jams, but mostly fall on the limp side. Siberry is at times whimsical, and on the title track, she captures a haunting melancholy. But everything else is plagued by feckless musical arrangements, coffeehouse philosophizing, and maudlin sentimentality -- a far from intoxicating mix.
