It's not easy being a fan of Radiohead, who seem to delight in tormenting their followers. The band's latest inscrutable move is this eight-track live ''mini-album,'' featuring some of Kid A's and Amnesiac's best songs (plus the minor new tune ''True Love Waits''). It's nice to hear ''Everything in Its Right Place,'' ''Morning Bell,'' and ''Idioteque'' slightly recast in a concert setting. But why limit this disc to just 40 minutes? Perhaps a full live album would have been too predictable for a band so taken with its own supposed uniqueness.
