Lives there a man or woman with soul so cold as to never have been enchanted by a Rascals tune? ''Good Lovin','' ''Groovin','' ''A Beautiful Morning'' -- all are virtually guaranteed to generate beatific grins, and this six-disc collection is a surefire smile-starter. Sure, it errs on the side of overkill; many tracks appear two or three times, in stereo and mono mixes -- sheesh. But for Rascals enthusiasts this is sheer manna. 'Scuse me while I cue up ''I've Been Lonely Too Long'' again.
