A wagonful of tragedies befalls the gang of actors saddled in this Men's Health spread posing as a movie. As Jesse James, Farrell, who shined in the far superior Tigerland, halfheartedly delivers nonsense lines like ''Just because we're robbing a bank, there's no reason not to be civil about it.'' Timothy Dalton, playing a ruthless detective, channels Saturday Night Live's parody of Sean Connery. And Academy Award winner Kathy Bates, as a hearty frontier ma, is on screen for mere minutes before suffering a comical death by fire. We'll move this up half a grade for all the bare chests on display -- all the way to D+.
