Manolo Blahnik, designer of the Sex and the City gal's beloved stilettos, has yanked a titanium-heeled prototype from his collection because its 3.5-inch spike can be considered a danger (imagine the ruckus it could cause at airport security). ''It's not a lethal item,'' insists a Blahnik rep. ''It's a very skinny heel, and it can punch a hole in the carpet or floor.'' Or someone's foot. ''This is dangerous,'' says celeb podiatrist Dr. Suzanne Levine, who says the heel could exert pressure equal to more than three times the wearer's weight. ''You don't want to take chances and hurt somebody.''
