Hmmm. Swedish socialists with a jones for the MC5, the Kinks, garage rock, and soul music -- sounds promising. While one wishes their music had more hooks, T(I)NC know a thing or two about kicking out the jams. This, their second album, is a sweaty, propulsive, shambolic affair made to be played at extreme volume. Think the Stooges' Fun House minus the malevolence, and forgive them for song titles like ''Capitalism Stole My Virginity.''
