Comedian Caroline Rhea, set to take over Rosie O'Donnell's talk show next year, plans to retain the departing diva's set and bandleader John McDaniel -- but she will be making a few changes. ''I'm going to gradually fill the desk with Godiva chocolates and small pictures of Benicio Del Toro,'' says the Hollywood Squares staple, ''although I'm currently experiencing a Mel Gibson resurgence.'' Rhea, who'll ease into her new role by guest-hosting for O'Donnell once a week, is getting ready for the switch. She says she's slimming down with Weight Watchers, tightening up with Botox, and planning her exit from The WB's Sabrina, the Teenage Witch: ''It may be like the two Darrins on Bewitched, with Aunt Hilda going into a closet and then another witch coming out.''
