Lobos celebrate their 25th anniversary as a working band with a working-band album: a sturdy, consolidating set of refined boogie and chugging border music, highlighted by the Tex-Mex soul of ''Hearts of Stone'' and the Hispanic-ghetto scenes of the title song. No surprises, although Cesar Rosas' wistful ''Luz de Mi Vida'' takes on added poignancy in light of his wife's murder by her half brother.
