--
While the Brits have exported loads of great music this year (Radiohead, Craig David, the Beta Band), they haven't mastered the art of rapping, and this is no exception. Manuva's diverse stew of dub, ragga, jungle, and house beats are eminently fresher than those on most American rap albums, but his rhymes are cliched and amateurish and his delivery stiff and unintelligible. Straight outta South London.
