The it-came-from-an-'80s-closet revival continues. Piaget is updating its Reagan-era Polo watch, now making time on the wrists of Greg Kinnear, Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, Kristin Davis, and Sarah Jessica Parker. ''With the revival of a number of icons, such as the Beetle or the mini, we felt that the time was right to relaunch our product,'' says Philippe Bonay, Piaget's marketing VP. Wearers of the $11,500 to $22,500 timepieces ''are not afraid of having money, but they look at it with a bit of detachment,'' says Bonay. ''It's not as serious as it used to be [in the '80s].''
