Already the star of a WB animated show, Jackie Chan is turning on to 'tooning in. In ''Rush Hour 2,'' Chris Tucker's cohort reveals a fondness for Snoopy. In real life, Chan is considering a role opposite a certain wascally wabbit: He may do ''Spy Jam,'' a sequel to 1996's animation-meets-live-action hit ''Space Jam.'' ''My managers are negotiating,'' confirms Chan. ''I like cartoons. It would be very, very fun.'' (A studio insider says Warner Bros., a division of EW parent AOL Time Warner, is also eyeing ''Race Jam,'' a NASCAR-themed follow-up.) But before Chan can fill Michael Jordan's sizable shoes, he'll school Jennifer Love Hewitt in martial arts for ''The Tuxedo,'' in which she'll play Chan's FBI sidekick. Literally. Boasts the actress: ''Jackie's going to teach me how to kick butt.''
