They may have looked cute on Madonna circa ''Lucky Star,'' but peekaboo bra straps are a no-no this summer. No need to toss the tank tops: Victoria's Secret is offering bras with -- how ingenious! -- clear straps. And fashionistas are snapping them up. The bra (which also has interchangeable matching straps) was the highest-selling item in the lingerie giant's summer catalog. ''For narrow tops or see-through materials, women like that it looks like they don't have a bra on,'' says VS spokesperson Monica Mitro, who adds that designers first spotted the look on women in Brazil, Spain, and France. Someone should tell Courtney Love.
