The second installment in the ''Violator'' series includes acts on the label's roster (LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes) as well as assorted A-list friends such as Ludacris and Kurupt. A toned-down Rhymes near-whispers on the delightfully simple ''What It Is,'' while gangsta overlord Noreaga blasts foes on the brash ''Grimey.'' It's an animated family affair, supercharged with intensity.
