Brown's latest, her first in more than two years, serves up hip-hop with a decidedly dancehall feel. Whether she's following the latest industry trend of sampling reggae or expressing another dimension of her lyrical and hip-hop maturity, she works several songs like a champion. Still, rote cuts like ''I Don't Care,'' which features pedestrian keyboard production and a defensive white MC named Chyna White, keep this effort from shining.
