CAREER LOW "We were three years old and down to $2,000 in our account," Hope says of the 10-year-old company. "Foreign agents were saying, 'You're out of your mind! You made this gay, Chinese green-card comedy.' The Wedding Banquet ended up doing $7 million." BEST ADVICE "No advice. We have a very successful business run by two college dropouts and one Ph.D....
