If most artists experience a sophomore slump, someone forgot to tell Tyrese. ''I'm Sorry'' and ''What Am I Gonna Do'' are emotional and funky, but what distinguishes this effort is its pure pop appeal. Superproducers Rodney Jerkins, Jermaine Dupree, Babyface, and others add wattage to an album that will surely inspire involuntary head nods and dance-floor abandon.
