Nelly put St. Louis on the hip-hop map, but he and his friends (known collectively as the St. Lunatics) don't add much to the city's shallow hip-hop legacy. With a few exceptions, this collection lacks the innocent spunk that made Nelly's left-field Country Grammar so appealing.
