Who needs radio play when you've got advertisers paying you for the privilege of insinuating your single into the public consciousness? For that matter, who needs any other songs? Apart from the 20 or so seconds of ''Days Go By'' borrowed by Mitsubishi, there's little with teeth on Dirty Vegas' snooze-worthy debut, Dirty Vegas. It's all thin vocals, dull, lo-fi percussion, and woozy house atmospherics, like the longest, most banal car ride ever.
