Such are the imponderables of Boyreau's B-movie poster collection, a trove of gloriously tacky cinematic sludge. Divided into six crap-egories (Sex, Action, Race, etc.), the glossy offerings are candy-colored and seductive in their awfulness, from the lurid chaos of Macabro to the hilarious ineptitude of Dracula's Dog. (''There's more to the legend than meets...the throat!'') Skip Boyreau's empurpled, inarticulate prose (''The holes and punctures, the fissures like Big Sur, are realness crawling over fantasy, proof these movies have been shown'') and meditate instead on the simple wisdom of the one-sheet for Honky (''A Love Story...of Hate'').
