No, it's not a cover of the Led Zeppelin classic -- although that would've been preferable to this lazy anomaly, which is nothing more than a rehash of Carey's own 1995 hit ''Fantasy'' (with a guest spot by Jay-Z). What self-respecting artist would have the gall to recycle the Tom Tom Club's ''Genius of Love'' (the source of ''Fantasy'') for a second time in four years? It's a given that pop will eat itself, but this sort of self-cannibalization should be illegal.
