RAZOR BLADE SMILE Eileen Daly, Christopher Adamson (1998, A-Pix, 101 mins., R, also on DVD) When not sermonizing about the inaccuracies of vampire lore (ground well covered by Anne Rice years ago) and stripping out of her dominatrix uniforms, Lilith Silver (Daly) passes her time as a bloodsucking hitwoman. This British Z-grade schlocker goes a long way toward proving that a bevy of English accents can lend even crap an air of credibility. Reel Goodies (0:14) Lilith and a pair of bodyguards unload at one another, and, even though they're standing no more than five feet apart, they miss every shot.
