In a week that witnessed Hurricane Floyd, it seemed perversely fitting that the stormy romantic comedy Forces of Nature should earn the No. 1 rental spot. (Twenty-five copies of the Sandra Bullock-Ben Affleck flick flowed from the average store over the week.) And DreamWorks' other debut, the animated epic The Prince of Egypt, seemed an equally appropriate choice: The hero of the No. 2 tape can part waters.
