Grand Puba waxes hardcore over Three Dog Night samples, while Cibo Matto's Miho Hatori and Beastie Boy Mike D riff off Ice Cube. But between Encore's splashy ''Waterworld'' and Del's show-stealing twofer, the minor stars shine brightest. Which I guess is the point. A-
