While most children in America fell victim to Pokemonia last weekend, a handful of tykes got a glimpse of the next toast of Tinseltoon: Toy Story 2. The Nov. 13 premiere for TS2 -- held at Hollywood's El Capitan Theatre -- was your typical to-infinity-and-beyond Disney affair: celebs including Rick Schroder, Kiss' Paul Stanley, and David Hasselhoff -- all with kids in tow -- mingled between the make-your-own-sundae bar, photo booths, race cars, and a karaoke machine endlessly piping Randy Newman's ''You've Got a Friend in Me.'' As Minnie Driver schmoozed with Pepsi-shilling preteen Hallie Eisenberg, Sixth Sense star Haley Joel Osment sampled the TS2 videogame selection, and Seinfeld's Estelle Harris pocketed a Baby Ruth for later use. Of course, not everyone was caught up in the fun-and-games frenzy. ''I'm trying to find my daughter,'' sighed Tim Allen, the man behind Buzz Lightyear. ''I'm sure she and my wife are having fun with fake tattoos while I have to work.'' But it was all for a good cause -- at least according to Tom Hanks, who voices Woody: ''Kids need smart movies to inspire them. Look out, Pokemon!''
