At last -- a movie that makes you nostalgic for ''Jaws The Revenge.'' Set in an African fishing village, it features ''Starship Troopers''' Van Dien as the world's most exquisitely toned marine biologist, who's seeking the truth behind a series of you-know-whats. The wan presence of ''Oz'' warden Ernie Hudson does little to energize this preposterous thriller, which ultimately -- and irritatingly -- has less to do with enormous man-chomping fish than the title suggests. THE LAST DETAIL Van Dien's getting busy: Not only does he star in the recent video premiere ''Modern Vampires,'' he's currently on the big screen in ''The Omega Code'' and ''Sleepy Hollow.''
