Lightning in a 'Bottle'
With all the cutesy boy bands and underage vocal vixens cluttering the music scene, the urge to whack former Mouseketeers is understandable. But anyone who's heard 19-year-old Christina Aguilera belt out the playful, sultry ''Genie in a Bottle'' or ''What a Girl Wants'' knows the girl's got what we want: chops. If you buy the hype, she's the real deal, the one midriff-baring adolescent with the pipes and versatility to survive the inevitable teen-pop crash. Well, we're buying. ''It's sort of my hookthe little girl with the big voice thing,'' says the 5'2'' Pennsylvanian, whose self-titled debut CD has gone triple platinum. ''When I open my mouth, people are still surprised by what comes out. But don't underestimatebig things come in small packages.'' Sing it, sister.
