Biohazard long to come off like big, bad, scary dudes, but sound more like remedial Metallica, circa Master of Puppets. The hoary album title New World Disorder is a dead giveaway: While the Brooklyn quartet shares the same social concerns as Metallica, its viscous power chordage and dark prophesying are so bludgeoningly obvious they blunt the music's impact. It's extreme metal with the consistency of tin. C+
