Yet another ex-Mouseketeer scampers down the Britney-pop path with a suggestive synth ditty and a husky voice well beyond her 18 years. While the music flutters R&B lite, the moan-sampled chorus of Christina Aguilera's ''Genie in a Bottle'' is uncomfortably adult: ''I'm a genie in a bottle/Ya gotta rub me the right way, honey.'' Gulp! Just like Spears' breathy hits, this is a sinfully sweet confection best filed under No, No, Annette. B+
