Julie and Debbie Wade, who make up half of the house band at Nashville's legendary Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, arrive at their debut with the jazzy, acoustic verve of the Judds, the intense blood harmonies of the Kinleys, and their own gift for bluegrassy songwriting. All they need now is a savvy producer who knows how to make them sound like contenders. B-
