Tempering the relentless ferocity of their '97 debut (just a bit), the photogenic British quartet 3 Colours Red offer something for almost everyone on their rousing follow-up Revolt: headbanging shout-alongs (''Paralyse''), spacey classic-rock riffage (''Paranoid People''), and the most sumptuous power ballad since Jon Bon Jovi cut his hair (''Beautiful Day''). Nirvana and the Clash throttle Oasis? Better yet, a Bush it's okay to adore. B+
