Sweden's sugar-pop stars dip into their catalog with the U.S. release of their first album, Emmerdale. ''Sick & Tired'' is as melodic and perky as the band's hit ''Lovefool,'' but the rest of the record overdoses on twee sentimentality and Nina Persson's fairy vocals. The band is like a cute bunny stuck in molasses. Luckily, they've freed themselves on subsequent efforts. B
