Details Lead Performance: The Negro Problem

What to do about the Negro Problem? This '60s-skewed, L.A.-based pop band's sophomore effort, Joys and Concern, is brimming with sprightly melodies and thought-provoking lyrics (courtesy of Stew, the group's sole African-American member).
