Cheapo sequel to the 1996 Charlie Sheen sci-fi flick (which is included on the DVD) has Muldoon being chased by aliens bent on colonizing the earth. With villains who can somehow suck away the ozone layer but who still wield sharp sticks when fighting, the delicious paranoia of the original has here been replaced in Arrival II by laughable plot twists and acting. F
