This vaguely Southwestern-themed hip-hop soundtrack has typical chest-thump outlaw-gangsta posturing (Dr. Dre & Eminem's ''Bad Guys Always Die,'' Kel Spencer's ''I'm Wanted'') riding sidesaddle with smooth soul tumbleweeds from Faith Evans and BLACKstreet. Not inspired, but Wild Wild West is no bum steer, either. A few hidden derringers: Tra-Knox and Enrique Iglesias. B
