Still Crazy is required viewing before attending any summertime rock-reunion concert. Charting the comic mishaps of an almost-famous '70s band that regroups for a half-assed comeback tour, this droll British sleeper infuses dead-on characters with just the right tinge of rueful nostalgia. You start out giggling at these rusty ex-rockers' pathetic attempts to relive a golden moment that never quite was, and end up smiling when they do indeed relive it, golden or not. And Nighy's brilliantly dithery performance as a once-bombastic lead singer, now conspicuous in his insecurities, is reason enough to rent it. B+
