Although the charming, featherweight romantic comedy Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss unfolds against a backdrop of lip-synching drag queens, at its heart is the old story of a boy and his object of desire. That the boy, a photographer named Billy (Sean Hayes of TV's Will & Grace), happens to be gay and the blond love object a male model (Brad Rowe) is of no thundering social significance. Indeed, freshman writer-director Tommy O'Haver's matter-of-factness about their sexuality is what seems revolutionary. B+
