SLUMS OF BEVERLY HILLS Natasha Lyonne, Alan Arkin, Marisa Tomei (Fox, R, $103.99 on tape, $34.98 on DVD, Jan. 19) Coming-of-age films are a dime a dozen, but most center on men. Tamara Jenkins' tale of a girl (Lyonne) grappling with her family's nomadic lifestyle and her own developing bosom is the refreshing exception, exploring such potentially crass material as an encounter with a vibrator without becoming condescending or exploitative. And here's more priceless deadpan by Kevin Corrigan; asked by Lyonne's Vivian if he's staring at her breasts, he invests ''no'' with half a dozen meanings, most which are closer to ''yes.'' B
