''However lowbrow the movie is, it's got some great Quentin Tarantino dialogue.'' That's about the best thing modest Scott Spiegel has to say about From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money, the sequel he directed that comes straight to tape from Dimension March 16. ''I had written a script with a George Clooney cameo,'' says Spiegel, ''then Tarantino came on board as executive producer and reworked [Clooney and] himself out of the script as he reshaped the first act.'' Robert Patrick, best known as the liquid metal T-1000 in Terminator 2, leads the cast as a new bank robber caught in the vampires' lair. ''But you have to have something that audiences recognize,'' says Spiegel, so the scary Danny Trejo returns. ''He's like the psycho in Friday the 13th.''
