Okay, the important news: This Disney adventure gets a gold star for effective electronic babysitting, though toddlers may not sit still for the story of Mulan (Ming-Na Wen), a girl in ancient China who dons male garb to save her father and the kingdom from invading Huns. She's assisted by a feisty undersize dragon (Eddie Murphy), which fits right in with the film's mythic mishmash.
