HEAVEN OR VEGAS Richard Grieco, Yasmine Bleeth (Columbia TriStar, R, $98.99 on tape, Feb. 2) Prime-time cuties Grieco and Bleeth play a gigolo and an exotic dancer who flee Vegas for a fresh start in Montana, then get sidetracked stopping in on the Mormon family Bleeth fled years ago. In aspiring to artiness, writer-director Gregory C. Haynes omits whole chunks of character development, but the brisk pace and unexpected twists keep Heaven out of hell. C -- Caren Weiner Campbell
