There's something eerily uplifting about the rah-team shuffler ''Run,'' an anthem featured on both this and the soundtrack to Varsity Blues. Thanks to Ed Roland's smoky vocals and sensitive acoustic chords, it conjures a vibe of adolescent urgency. And Roland's no second-stringer — there are plenty more pop touchdowns in the Dosage game for Collective Soul. B+
