There are more ugly ducklings hidden in the teen flick She's All That than doe-eyed Rachael Leigh Cook. Namely, SNR's lovely, Sandy Denny-toned Leigh Nash, who darts through the warm minstrely guitar spires of the soundtrack's ''Kiss Me'' like a barn swallow in locust season: English folk with a Texas twist. Even the dumbest high school jock can hear it — the kid's a swan just waiting to happen. A-
