After 19 weeks of steadily climbing the charts, ex-House of Pain frontman Everlast (see page 136) finally knows what it's like to have an album in the top 10. Though the hip-hop bluesman is feeling no Pain, foulmouthed Foxy Brown may well have a few choice words concerning her fall from grace: Chyna Doll slipped from No. 1 to No. 4 in its second week. Brown's slide allowed teen queen Britney Spears to recapture her stolen throne, boasting sales numbers that continue to grow (after entering the charts at No. 1 a month ago with 114,000 units sold, Spears moved an additional 181,000 this week). Like the gal says: ''Hit me, baby, one more time.''
