The best thing about this set of gimmicky interludes, hackneyed rap, and laughable R&B references (Lionel Richie, circa 1984) is a soulful rendition of ''A Change Gon' Come'' by the Boys Choir of Harlem. One senses the track was meant to add value to an otherwise mediocre effort. Even with cameos by Mase (who produced a few tracks), Nas, and Kelly Price, this falls short of Harlem's finest. C-
