If it worked once, it'll work twice -- or so goes the reasoning behind this Britney Spears clone. Like Spears, Moore is a Southern teen with pink lip gloss and frosted hair, singing of not-yet-experienced love with suffocating professionalism. Moore's energy pulls her through up-tempo R&B tunes (''What You Want''), but the ballads are nauseating.
